If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Items must be in new condition with all original tags attached, unworn, in resalable condition, and neatly packed with their original packaging. Moxie will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returned items. Please contact us and we'll help you with the return process.

Refunds will be given up to 14 days from original date of purchase. In store credit will be granted up to 30 days of date of purchase. No cash returns given. Refunds on credit card given when credit card is present within 14 day time frame. No returns without receipt and tags in tact. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in same condition as purchased. Returns will not be accepted if it has been worn, dirty or have any odors. No returns on seasonable merchandise and fine jewelry. Clearance merchandise is final sale, so no refunds. 30% down on special orders will not be refunded if item is cancelled or returned. Not responsible for broken items once it leaves the shop.
